I’m done. I’m washing my hands of the Republican Party. I’m saying goodbye to the media, the Democratic Party; to politics. I’m not sure what was envisioned when the parties we formed, but I doubt this is what they intended.

Politics is a cesspool. We surround this wretched pond, waiting to see what floats to the surface and then we vote them into office. The media feeds on their existence and we eagerly stand there, our mouths wide open, being spoon fed this !@;&.

In the future, when I vote, it will no longer be a straight ticket kinda day. If I feel the candidate can make a positive contribution, they’ll get my vote, regardless of their party affiliation; male, female, liberal, conservative or species, whatever. If a goat runs and is the most qualified, I’ll check the box. The goat certainly couldn’t do any worse.

So, to the Republican…
